Unapproved Items: At Krum Community Market, we strive to create a fair and balanced marketplace for all our vendors and customers. To maintain this balance and ensure a diverse selection of products, we have established guidelines regarding the types of items each vendor can sell.
Vendors are expected to adhere to their approved list of items to avoid overlapping with other vendors’ specialties. This helps to cut down on the number of different categories a single vendor can cover, ensuring that all vendors have an equal opportunity to showcase their unique offerings. By limiting the range of products each vendor can sell, we create a more organized and enjoyable experience for our customers, allowing them to easily navigate the market and find a variety of high-quality, specialized products.
If Vendors are found selling items outside of the approved list, we will not accept that Vendor’s application for the next market. if you have any questions or concerns about the approved/unapproved items and wish to withdraw your application, please let us know.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that once a vendor application is submitted and the vendor fee is paid, no refunds will be issued. This policy applies to all cancellations, regardless of the reason. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to participating in the Krum Community Market. Krum Community Market reserves the right to fill your spot with a substitute vendor in the event of your absence. Vendors acknowledge that a "No Call, No Show" will result in immediate removal from current and further market/session participation and replacement.
Indemnity: Vendors shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KCM and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all liabilities, damages, claims, suits, and costs (including court costs and attorney’s fees) arising out of property damage or injury to or death of any person in connection with the Vendor's participation in the Event at the Facility, even if the claims arise from or are attributed to the concurrent negligence of any indemnified party. This indemnification applies to all activities of the Vendor and their guests, employees, contractors, sub-contractors, and agents in and around the Facility both during the Event, during set-up, or tear down of the Event.

Looking for One Month?
“Last-Minute Vendors”
This option is perfect for those who can’t commit to all three months but still want to be part of the fun. However, submitting a single-month application does NOT guarantee acceptance. Instead, you’ll be added to our “last-minute” list and considered if one of our premium vendors (those who signed up for the entire session) can’t attend. Because this is a special inclusion option, the vendor fee will be higher than the standard rate.
